GPP ERROR : ui/tremulous_blah.menu [SOLVED VIA COMPLETE UNINSTALL&FRESH INSTALL]

Upon opening gpp, I see the menu screen. But, it's lacking it's background. I can go into the server menu, but there's no servers. Clicking options will give me the option to change my name, but there's nothing else there.

My ~console is filled with

Not a clue what's going on. I was playing within the hour, and made no changes to anything since I last /quit from the US devserver. I don't have a ui/ folder in my program files/tremulous/base, nor do I have one in documents and settings/user/local settings/application data/tremulous OR documents and settings/user/application data/tremulous.

I'd guess there's some mod's pk3 full of UI somewhere that's breaking it.
