There fore I ask the admins to delete my account on this board.

If you wish for your account to be deleted, you can do this yourself.

Navigate to your profile, (quick links --> view profile in default forum theme) and in the links bar on the left, at the very bottom you will see a link that says "Delete this account". Click this, and it will warn you the delete is permanent, accept, and you are done. No more of that account.

Also, a moderator will still need to confirm the delete.

Depends on the account. AFAIK, deleted accounts are referred to as "GUESTS", aren't they? So we lose the ability to search for a specific poster's post, but we should know roughly what we're looking for, and search for it the old fashioned way.

as i mentioned before, the only accounts that get deleted are spambots that are obviously never coming back from that ip.
