can't launch with tremded

I've checked the forum and the FAQ and didn't find the solution to this problem.  I'm using SUSE 10.1 and I've got my NVIDIA driver installed correctly.

When I install the game and run it by clicking the appropriate button on the last installation screen, the game runs great.  When I exit the game after running it for the first time and try to run it for a second time using tremded, this is what happens:

you should start tremded with this :
tremded +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 12345 +exec server.cfg
in 12345 type your port of server
