"Are the rail and plasma turrets still in the game?"
The rail is gone, replaced by something much cooler, the tesla tower. It can attack multiple targets at the same time and covers a 360 area. The plasma turrets(name is probably changing) are still there, they do a little bit more damage than the mgturrets and don't have a recharge time. They also have a different axis of movement. The mgturrets are the weakest, have limited movement and every 30 seconds or so of firing need to recharge. This prevents someone from setting up 10 of these and covering a base.
"Are those computerscreens and filecabinet just scenery?"
Yes. There are computers you can build though as structures.
"And is that big cilinder the main power reactor? And what happens when it get's killed, instant game over for humans or no defenses until it's rebuilt? "
Yeah that's the power reactor. You can see it in some other shots as well. It's need to run/build structures. Teleporters work under their own power, so if the reactor is taken out, people can still spawn, but they need to get one up fast.
It's secondary function is one I don't we've talked about yet. It not only powers structures, but it also provides free power to energy weapons in the game. This takes some load off the armory, instead of having 10 people hanging around to buy ammo.
The downside is the energy weapons are weaker by default. So a pulse rifle that costs 30 credits might do 10 dmg a shot whereas the mass driver that costs 30 does 15 dmg a shot - except the ammo has to be purchased. It gives players an option as how they want to play it.
I think the reactor will probably need a timer on when it gives out energy based on player. So you load up on energy from it and you can't reload until 1 minute later, something like that. So we don't get a bunch of guys sticking close to the reactor unloading all the time.
The repeaters(I don't think we have a screenshot for them yet) are mini-reactors - same rules apply to them.
