some user made quake 3 team arena maps look suitable for tremulous
One can decompile them to map files and replace the missing textures and some other fancy things But I dunno if that is less work or more work  :roll:

q3map2 is in gtkradiant folder
q3map2 -convert -format map c:\blah_dir1\blah_dir2\my_bsp_map.bsp
