Bars on screen

I have just install windows 7 pro and now I get strange bars that move up and down my screen. any idea how to solve this. I doesn't do it with a other game cause I have ran WoW with out having this problem. Any help would be great.

no version of windows has a proper opengl implementation, you need drivers from ati/nvidia/intel.

My drivers are upgraded but i still have the problem.

Do you have a CRT or VGA monitor?
Change the resolution in game and/or make sure the connector is in properly.
