I made my own tremulous Icon
« on: February 06, 2010, 04:32:18 am »
Um i'm not trying to be insensitive and discriminating but i don't like the spider Icon.
It makes trem look like a spiderman game.
So i decided to create my own icon.

But only the shortcut can be changed.
I don't know if this had already been posted or if you people know already but what the heck.
Step 1 Right click the Spidey thingy then click properties.
Step 2 Click the shortcut Tab.
Step 3 Click change icon.
Step 4 Browse the new icon.

Please know that images of sizes 8x8 16x16 32x32 only work and when you save it make sure you add .ICO at the end of the file name and make it a bitmap image.

Go here if you want the full details.

My Operating system is Windows XP though i don't know what other Systems will this work for.

P.S Thanks Ellohir

If people start talking as if Windows is the only OS in the world, it soon would be.

End of flame.
