Create own botserver

Hi everybody!! I wonder if someone out there can help me..... My name is gloria and I would like to know how to create an own server against bots. If u can help me or also are intressed in this plz wright:)........  Have a nice time

Aktive. Administation? Forgive me but I dont understand..Do u have to be admin to create servers like that? I thoght u had to download some file or someting... Is that right??

Yes, that is right.  The file you want to download is called a game.qvm and the one you want to use is PBOT 3.0 (Direct Link).  PBOT is the best game.qvm for bots available (in my opinion).  However, the 3rd version has many things changed, I recomend using the 2nd version.  Please note though, that many things such as the ret damage and repeat rate have been changed.  If you want to use the PBOT 2.0 version with normal turret damage and repeat rate, please use this game.qvm that I recompile with those changes (also note that I did this a long time ago, and I didn't comment things very well so I hope this will work, if not ask and I'll recompile it for you).  I would also take a look at this thread written by Urcscumug on getting a private server with bots working.
