implying that things that aren't broken (bugs), but might be implemented in a better way (feature requests), can be discussed on the forum.  Obviously the forum is not the best tool to use if tracking and accountability (or visibility to the devs) is desired, but it isn't wrong to suggest changing the way names are displayed in callvotes here.

BTW the user in question, d-_-b, was back at it again today - deconning the OM with a lisk and getting vote kicked.  What a nub.
