Computer Freeze During Gameplay

I am currently using a Lenovo T400 and using 1.2 Tremulous. Using WarriorHUD-1.5.1.pk3 as the only mod. Windows XP.

What happens is that my computer will randomly freeze while playing on Tremulous. There's no specific action that I do that causes it, but when it does happen I have to manually turn off the power to restart it.

Not sure if this is just me, the mod, or the game.

usually freezes like that are the cause of bad graphics drivers or overheating gpus.
