How to get cursor for aliens?

Hi, im new to this game and I know quite alot from this game.
And that "alot" is a bit nothing and more nothing.

I saw one tutorital video where the guider had a cursor while playing
in alien team, and apperantly I don't have cursor when I play in aliens team and so
I tried to treasure hunt some options from options, but didn't hit the cigar.
In the video it says I can download it somewhere, but where? And how to get it working, anyone help?

Just about every custom hud has alien crosshairs.

I'm sure someone will be along soon to recommend one / argue over which is best.

All I need is crosshair for aliens, is there a way to customize it meself? change alien crosshair only?

Not sure how to do it yourself though.
