Alien (Films)

I have to say I just watched for the first time Alien3 and also saw Aliens for the first time a little over a month ago. I think the whole trilogy is awesome, especially Alien, Aliens & Alien3. I saw Alien: Resurrection when it came out and thought it was alright but I think I might re-watch it, I even liked Alien vs. Predator surprisingly.

Too bad they replaced some of the alien parts with cheap cgi, should of left the original.

My favorite is probally Aliens, then Alien, then Alien3.

What are your thoughts?

Alien 1 and Alien 4 are the best ! :)
urphy's rules of combat
8 ) Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
18 ) Make it too tough for the enemy to get in and you can't get out.

I haven't seen any of them for years, and rarely a whole movie at once.

I did grab the first film at the library several days ago, however.  I can't wait to watch it.

Aliens, Alien, Alien3, Alien4. That's the order i'd put them in from best to worst.

Aliens was a far better indication of what Xenomorphs are capable of :D

Alien and Aliens, the rest is mediocre crap. No to mention that horrid Alien: Ressurection, featuring some cloned Ripley.

Alien and aliens.. if i had to pick 1.. Alien... the third one was ok, Ressurection was the worst ever, and AVP was pretty pathetic..

My parents took to me to Aliens when it debuted in theatres.  I was around 9 or so.  I was scared out of my wits.  Still one of the best action/sci-fi movies ever made.  Doesn't look cheesy at all, even in 2006.
