It looks like a large handgun of sorts with a single-round grenade/mortar attachment. Possibly an upgraded blaster that can fire one net or gas canister round?

Looks pretty good.
Although, it looks like you got alot of doubles in there.
A suggestion:
In edit mode, press W, then click on "Remove Doubles"
Or its on the editing panel.
