there needs to be basic sign cummunication
a basic 5 button system for 5 basic commands (press and hold) ~ this would show the icon above the users head

e.g.
*follow me!* - '->' a spinning green arrow
*Run!* - 'x' a red spinning cross
*Note* - '!' a yellow spinning and bobbing excamation mark
*Defend* - '*' a blue shield
*attack* - '^' a red spinning arrow

this would allow team mates at the base and the field to ask or inform other team mates of help or other prompts  :P

No thank you, it sounds very annoying. And do you honestly think people will stop ignoring you when you have a spinning arrow above your head? I sure hope so, but I certainly don't think so.

mmh well, of course there are always some greenhorns who think they are skilled and who won't listen to noone. None of the communication events will be of any use in those public games, besides some of the teammembers know each other and decide to play as a team.

There are pub games where nothing will help - but there are some games where those signs could be of some use. I like the idea.

Run isn't really needed as a message as its pretty obvious and if you're thinking about it then in all likelyhood your teammates are already long gone.

Though I do agree they would add a nice touch if used subtley.

Which still makes the spinning icons obsolete, since good Trem players never used them, and will probably never need them.

I would also like to state again that floating icons above player heads are goddamn annoying. At least, that's how I see it.
