New map: Super_Arcade-b2

Inspired by mario/sonic. Just a fun map which is reasonably balanced.







Cool things:

* Jump pads launch you onto the floating rocks.
* No Jet packs
* Water heals you slowly
* MS painted gfx by yours truly

How did you disable jetpacks per map?

worldspawn key: disabledequipment, value: jetpack.  I'll take a screen shot of how its done if you want to see how exactly it is done.
