First off: nice spelling dude. Second: I rather like it!

It looks a little to spore-ish for Trem, but it's actually good looking! Loving the claws mainly, like an angry blue domo-kun!

Yea, I don't see this fitting in with Tremulous aliens at all, but really, that's fine because I don't think you're looking to get it included in 1.2 or anything, so the best place for this little fellow would be a mod, in which case, who cares if it looks like the others.

But it looks very good, the modeling itself and the postures look clean and well made. Keep up the good work!

Also, get some real textures on there.  :)

OK
I have to put on my model as detail as this
I like it but your model look more like an human mutant than an alien,
try to change the global look, not the details.

Wow dude that's some pretty tight work. (you are improving). I like it, but take a suggestion?

Draw (on paper) a concept art (of an object or creature) or two. Then scan them onto a computer. Now make a model based on your concept art. Post both your concept drawings and your resulting model into a thread like this.
You might not see the practical application of this, but around here we will. It's a way of proving how good you are at the design process. Also, (if you want to go even further in that direction) consider uploading one of the models you've made in .blend format. That way we can download it and see how efficient (or otherwise) your work is. That's what I'd do, anyway, if I wanted to prove myself to a development team.

Too bad I cant really draw concept art on computer. But If I do draw it Witch I really could but I dont know how to scan it and put it on my computer. I could just take a picture. But my printer has a copier machine scanner And i dont know if that would work

Well google tips on how to use your scanner. Yeah if you have a scanner that's the right piece of hardware. Concept art is sometimes easier to do "freehand" on real paper. And yeah, it always looks sloppy or "personalized" but the idea is to see what type of model you get from which concept source. The effort is worth it.

CRATUREA!!! Vote on new texture!!!
« Reply #15 on: May 04, 2010, 09:57:22 pm »
This is a test for this alien. Just vote on witch color or texture one you like and I might keep it that color. I really like this one. (the first image) ::)

But tell me what you think. O and the first image is not with ambiot occlusion like the other images. But this is just a test build of the CRATUREA alien. Im still making improvements.  Next thing you will see is better hind legs. and better mouth maby and a animation. Thanks for the comments. enjoy.

Wire frame look clean!
Well your on your way to modeling,
but well you need to get it good enough because animation then getting it into trem takes a ton of work.
