annoying popups and menu

when you try to build a non buildable area You get a popup saying blabla but wait you need to hit Ok before continuing and a dretch jumps right on your head. similarly when there is no power a popup with OK on it and some blabla
same thing for the alien...

Why it is not just a message like in the case you are trying to buy ammunation for a energy weapon from armory
it display a non annoying non popup message saying "blah reactor or repeater"
and
when you use double click to quick select things, sometimes menus dont get updated  :-?

You can disable those pupops via the Options menu. This has been posted and answered here several times now...
