Taunt isn't working?

So, the last couple days I've noticed when I've been playing the GPP, taunt wont work.
I double checked and rebound it, and it's still not working.

Is the animation working and not the sound? You can tell by looking from a third person view while taunting.

Ummm, not sure.
Like I can see and hear others taunt, but I don't here anything when I do it...

The command would be +button3, then -button3 I guess. Or just "/bind f +button3".

yeah, its bound to +button3, but Its doing nothing...

just checked, its just the sound that's missing it would seem..../

Have you asked other players if they can hear your taunt?

I've asked other people if taunt isn't working for them, and a couple others have said yes, and no one said I was taunting....but I haven't asked specifically, no

make sure that cg_noTaunt is set to 0.
