You say that friend granger is the source of all firmness, but then you go on to say that Hovel is the source of all firmness. Not only does this contradict itself, but Hovel has been carried across the river Styx to the halls of its Fathers, and is no longer able to dish out its benevolent firmness. Therefore, I believe that since friend granger is the source of all things, that it is friend granger that is the source of all firmness.
