Then this goes (again) to most essential question of making person to admin, and self restaint as an admin....
Why make someone who is impulsive person? Or someone who takes losing as a personal matter? And the most important; can you restraint yourself, uphold server rules, and not involving your personal life and your gaming, to your admin duty?
In my personal opinion, admins should be given for:
1# : Those who can clearly restraint themselves, doing normal admin duty and leaving personal matters to real life,
2# : Aknowledges their work as an admin, not brag their admin level, and only involves it when it is absolutely necessary (like teamkillers, basenaders, and other sort idiots who keeps spamming and such),
3# : Is all time helpful in newbies questions, and overall help in all sort matters in game (personal? maybe, but it's just a bonus
)
Also, if some other admin starts renaming you or similar, I would suggest to leave it alone, and if it continues, say him to stop or else. I see it that way.
In my opinion, I think these are primary code for being as an admin. Of course, there are other servers with different rules, but admin should be however fair in all matters. I too, got some sort admin level, and I try my best to maintain server rules, and try keep up those three principles I listed. And to add, i'm quite much impulsive player, as some may have seen. I whine alot sometimes, and sometimes, i'm all quiet, helping some players, and sometimes my nerves are very edgy. But all in that time, I try all time restraint myself, even as not an admin.
