@Si-wins: hello, my good sir.  This issue can be caused by several reasons:
1.) Dragoons eat medis.
2.) Tyrants eat medis.
3.) Basilisks eat medis.
3.) Adv. Dragoons eat medis.
4.) Adv. Grangers occasionally eat medis. (Not probable, but still not impossible.)
5.) Adv. Basilisks eat medis.
6.) Marauders eat medis.
7.) Adv. Marauders eat medis.
8.) Other buildings can sometimes blow up causing the medi to blow up also in a succession of chaos.
9.) Stupid humans can sometimes teamkill or deconstruct the medi with a variety of weapons and tools (blaster, construction kit, adv. construction kit, rifle, painsaw, shotgun, lasgun, mass driver, chaingun, flame thrower, pulse rifle, and lucifer cannon, bombs called grenades).
10.) Some wicked devices have even been invented to crush medis: func_trains, func_doors, func_plats, func_pendulum, func_rotating, trigger_hurt.
11.) Some wicked devices have been invented to help prevent the medi population from growth: borky qvms.

First you should alienate the cause; camp near the medi until you witness one of these possible causes.  When this catastrophe occurs, it is best NOT to interfere but instead take many screenshots (demos work too) and post on this thread for proof so we can all be aware of the problem.  When we are aware of the problem, then we can work on finding a solution for you.

How about if you build medi to trigger_hurt :-\ :-\ :-\. THATS NOT IN YOUR LIST!

  • If you build it to func_door?
  • If func_pendulum crashesh it?
  • If it gots func_rotating way
  • If it gots func_plat's way?
  • If its funmode and you build node to node, it will die
  • If you run mod from qvm that kills medistations
