How do I make a server on the 1.2 server

Same as with 1.1 just use the 1.2 binaries and pk3s.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

Go code it yourself.

If you want commands like /warn and stuuf, I suggest you to use Aadvark QVM.

When I typed that I didn't realise there were gpp qvm's with all that stuff.  And thanks to your latest post I'm no longer the most useless post in this thread, so thanks.

all those and most of whats in aardvark qvm will be included in slackersQVM 1.2 which will be released/available closer to when 1.2 trem will be released
