A screenshot is a derived work of the copyrighted models, but this does not mean that you cannot use it, you just need a license from the original author(s). The models are covered by a creative commons license, so check if you can live with it.

(Basically you have to a) say that they are derived from Tremulous and b) release them under the same conditions as the original work.)

Screen shots of trem are the same as screen shots of any other game:  Don't be a douche and no one cares.  AFAIK the  legality has never been tested in court, and would change from place to place.
More than likley anything you are doing would count as fair use.

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you'd be fine, for all the reasons listed above. If it'd ease your conscience, you could always donate a part of the site proceeds back to Trem. I'm sure nobody would complain about that arrangement.
