having game problems with sarting it

it starts but wen i go to tremulous click play i click and it shuts down and consel comes up and ses

wat do i do i raly wat to play it started on my back port on serten servers but today we played on server z and after like 3-4 maps it it kicked me off map and and wen i click play it did it so and now it is o nthe regular program 2
