What you really need to do is tell us what server it was on. If it was on any server except for official US1/EU1, you need to find the forums of that server and complain there.

If it was on US1/EU1, you'll need at very least a condump, and preferably a demo (and this thread should be in the offical servers section, but meh), and then we can talk further.
