[SOLVED]!Admin commands problem

I'm using snake-qvm on my server because i preferred it to anything i've used before, except for the fact it won't let anyone use commands. Simple commands such as !help or !register get the error: permission denied. It's really annoying me and I know it has something to do with the qvm. I'm setleveld to the highest level on my server. I am the server operator and i can do whatever i want in the console with it working, it's just in-game :/. Please help.

I suggest you come to #unvanquished on IRC and talk to raven when he's on (because that's snake, the maker of the qvm).
