Random Map Rotation

Is there a command that allows the server to randomly select a map from the current rotation instead of sequential order?

I believe this depends on the qvm correct? Anyway I always like how I think AA has it. Map is always ATCS unless theres X ammount of players. You can change the rotation based on the number of clients. Dont remember exactly how but its in the trem manual.
