UM...help?

Um....dont really know where this goes....so um....i getting lots of lag for uinknown reasons, have around 45-100 ping and 89-91 fps so? anyone know?please try and help. thanks :angel:

that can be caused by bad lag.. Also, spend a few minutes thinking of what may be helpful in a post.
