can we TRY to listen to the teammates?

Today I was playing on Orion, and I was base builder b/c the current one was in the default and freight lift is better. So I announce that everyone should cover me as I go to build the new base... numerous times. What do they do? Stay in the new base, or try and solo the base. REALLLY great strategy. Can we TRY AND LISTEN TO OTHER PLAYERS?

I can build great bases, if I don't have machine guns chewing me up. Defend the granger.

Most people on the forums actually listen to people. That's probably how they found their way here. Everyone who actually plays the game, however, can't see or hear and so cannot listen to teammates.
