Uzi was/is also an admin on Dretch Storm and from what I remember he never abused a thing, and when someone started to complain about him, Uzi most of times kept winning. When the complainer was right he had the guts to apologize. The only thing I didn't likeloved about him was that he kept slapping me around, but that was all {STFU}'s thing

true but its rare to see devs too often these days anyway uzi covers a timezone where there often is only 1 admin on most times and when some griefer really wants to have some fun sometimes level 3 isnt enough

IMO its not really L4 that is needed. What is needed is /revert (which L3s don't have). This can take the form of giving someone L4, but that is not the only option. Ban is nice for deconners  too, but ultimately unnecessary.

Again, I think some L3s do. They can deal with idiots well and usually contain the situation quickly and efficiently. As for the other ones.... they don't act much better than the offenders at times.

Lately, no one (looking at you Devs) is taking an active stance in weeding out the capable ones, from the undeserving ones.
But meh.

There are couple of L4 admins that briefly join ie. Meisell.ddos and ++Teapot but hardly any others.
