Why only US1?

Ahem, I remember that Joker is (presumably) banned on US1, but why he isn't on EU1?
That kid still runs around impersonating everyone's name/clan and spamming his binds/admintest from time to time. :-\
I know that EU server is far not as popular as US is, but still.

He is. He has more than one ip. Banned the current one on both.
