HUD Display Problems
« on: November 29, 2010, 07:22:44 am »
When I'm hosting my arcade mod server, I play on it with my modded HUD client.

There are no HUD(Health Bars, Crosshairs, scorescreens etc..), but when I play it on the original Tremulous with no HUD mods, then there are no problems. Please help!

Thank you!

Um, if you're having problems with a modded HUD...then the problem is with the HUD. Remove it, or give some useful information on your problem.

Okay let me simplify it..

I started up my server in LAN.

And joined the server with my modded client (It's a HUD Mod, where you have a different skin/HUD the things that show Health, Score screen...etc) and when I play on my server there is no HUD, like no score screen when I press tab, no health display, no evos/credits display, it doesn't display those stuffs.

But when I play on my server without a modded client, then it works fine.

How do I fix this?

What is the value of sv_pure?

Is the client modded, or is it just a HUD?

Can I have a screenshot of the HUD when it works? Does the HUD ever work? What does this HUD change?

Can I have a condump of you joining to your server?

The HUD probably came with a ui.qvm which is conflicting with the mod.
