Mouse problems :\
« on: December 08, 2010, 12:53:31 pm »
I'm having trouble with my mouse look.

I ran my Trem client, joined Z server then connected to AussieAssault but with one problem. My X and Y axis suddenly decides to stop working and the binds to my mouse act as my WASD keys would do, so I can not look left or right/up or down.

Any know of this or know how I can manually rebind my mouse with the axises again?

Thank you for your help.

Try /-strafe (in console). If not, /"exec default.cfg; reconnect" will probably work, save your binds though.

EDIT: oops

Thanks but /-strafe does not work and I get an error when trying to reconnect my autogen.cfg: cl_consolehistory is read only (can't reconnect to localhost).

Thats strange because I've just fixed that a little while ago >:(

I can look left and right now but that's it.

Is it possible to generate a new autogen file without losing any data?

Erm, this is erroneous, I *meant*: /"exec default.cfg; reconnect". If you don't want to loose some things from autogen.cfg, you can edit the file and look for the parts you want to save manually and then re-execute those lines after the reset. What error did you get when trying to exec the autogen.cfg?
