Show money while waiting on spawns

I suggest that the window showing how much money you got, not should go away when I'm waiting for a free spawn.

When you get killed there isn't allways time to check this and then you can't prepare what you shall buy next.

... if you have time to buy you have time to check :p.. yeah.. i don't see the point though of it going away.. except i suspect its just spectator code.. and spectators don't need a hud.
