HELP?!?!?! Server.cfg, Autoexec.cfg and admin.bat dont run?

ok so my server.cfg, autoexec.cfg and admin.bat dont run? meaning i cant create my dream server... (im running tremfusion...mac os x  and heres what i get)

"sending heartbeat to master.tremulous.net" means it's working.
lots of hitch warnings probably mean your PC is too slow or otherwise overloaded.  (one or two warnings around map loads are normal)
