Kicked for 14 days?

Yes, I was kicked for 14 days.... odd that the reason just doesn't add up.



He asked me to take off my clans tag, I replied with the answer no, and I was banned.

Note: That I am indeed in the NN clan, and he had no right to ask me to take the tag off.

Lol even if what you say is true, I could have been giving further warning, and a ban over a name seems extreme.

You're right, but in the end you lied about it. I really don't regret the ban at all, now say if you write a 3 page apology essay I promise to remove your ban immediately. Because you responded "smd" I banned you with no further warning than I'd given prior to that, I then decided shorten it. You then proceeded to lie about the whole incident to make yourself look better, which really only makes me want to extend your ban. One quick tip, when an admin asks you to do something, and you respond "smd" you're really asking for it.

I did warn you, I didn't spend the whole game warning you. Get over it.

Nevermind that, tremstats link: http://stats.tremulous.net/tremstats/us1/game_log.php?game_id=4718 it's pretty clear what happened, and when. People immediately pointed out that 14 days was extensive- you should thank them for getting me to shorten it.
EDIT2: ctrl+f-ing "smd" should get you to the right place pretty quickly.
EDIT3: Oh, right no admin commands on tremstats.
Basically, he renamed to "lemonparty.gpp", then I renamed him to "no," He renamed back to lemonparty.gpp- This is where I told him "Take the tag off." and where he promptly responded "smd."

One quick tip, when an admin asks you to do something, and you respond "smd" you're really asking for it

lying in the OP and not providing any evidence won't help your cause either.

Admins should use their discretion for doling out punishment, but it should not be excessive

Nate acted like an idiot and probably deserved a bit longer than the equivalent of the ~3 hour ban he got
