A crude method would be using "/cvarlist".  An easier method would be to use esc-->options-->controls-->(look/move/upgrades/misc).

I think /bindlist might be far more helpful than /cvarlist...But yes, do the second thing Kiwi said.

Ah yes, "/bindlist" would be much better, I just wasn't aware it existed ;)
