How do i install volt HUD 2.0?

Hi i downloaded volt HUD and put it into my base folder, then i typed in the console /exec ui/install.cfg and they said they coulnt do it. Why ?

The only reason you'll get the error: "couldn't exec foobar.cfg" is when foobar.cfg doesn't exist or you don't have permission to read from that file.
