Fps very very low

Hello. I am having problem of only 4-5 fps, and ping of 400+. I have a 7.2mbps connection(3G), and the specs on my pc are as follows:

5200 dual core cpu
1Gig ddr3 9500GT graphics card
4GB ram

What can possibly be done to speed this up, because even standing still in unpopulated areas, I have a fps of 4-5.

Install the right graphics drivers for your card, and the FPS should be fixed.

Get a proper net connection and the ping will be fixed.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

FPS: Video Card Drivers

Ping: 3G connections are not sufficient for proper gaming, sorry. Even 4G connections are shady for gaming. Try to get a cheap wired connection if you plan on gaming.

Mobile connections have massive latency and are not for gaming.
