Weird Glitch

So, can anyone help me with this problem? When I open up Trem, this happens. It's on fullscreen, and it's too hard to play with it like this. I tried /r_height/width to try to fix it. So, any other idea guys?

Is that your desktop in the back?  And what OS are you using?
