demo trouble

hello i downloaded a demo of someone using aimbot and i wanna watch it to see if its true. but the problem is i don't know anything about demos. am i suppose to create a folder called demos and put it in my base folder? then put the demo into that folder? please help.

If you don't know what is your homepath, write fs_homepath in console
