Just had my computer wiped out, and I tried to reinstall tremulous, and this happened, any thing guys?

Oh, okay. Thanks man, I really appreciate it!

Edit: I went to install the driver, but there's about three of them. Is there a certain one that I should install? And, I don't know if this is a problem, but it looked like it was already installed. I right clicked on a driver, and it said "Disable" so I don't know if it's already installed, and I'm just failing....
