Small console Improvement

Like the title said, i wanna see a small change in console. when you popup the console the pageup and pagedown key actualy make your browse the console history.
I wanna see the use of HOME and END key for go to start/end of the console history, only when console is up

This small addon will make console reading more easy

Good input.

As a side note for those who didn't know, holding CTRL down enables you to scroll faster.

Home and End currently move to the start/end of the input line, and I just tried: CTRL+Home/End move to the beginning/end of console history.
Good tip about holding CTRL to scroll faster, however that only works with mouse wheel, not PGUP/PGDN.

Currently the home and end key does is just does what it normally does - only on the input line.
Example: [key: Line is above input, first frame is before pressing the home key, and | symbol is the typing position]
