GPP Pickup Games

In an effort to revitalize the clan scene, a few of us got together and decided to implement pickup games for GPP.
This is a great way for new players and clans to get into the competitive scene by playing as you would in a scrim, without needing to have 4-5 clan members available in order to do so.

The pickup games will be 4v4 for now (this can be increased if more people show interest, but given the lack of activity it's hard to say). In order to join the pugs, you will need an IRC client (point your client to irc.freenode.net #trempug) or click here and type #trempug in the Channels field. 

A big shoutout to Celestial Rage, clan Pk, and QuakeDev for allowing their servers to be used in the pool. If you are interested in donating a server, let me know.

Yeah, we did this last night and it was nice. I'm helping Yarou improve/fix/rewrite the irc bot a bit, but ultimately that's not the important part anyway. Just come to irc and set up games and play them. It is a good opportunity to play Trem in a competitive setting without actually being in or getting enough people from clans together at once.

Updates:

- Reduced the delay for picking teams from 60 seconds to 10 seconds.
- Actually announce the PUG is starting and show server info when teams are sorted.

These are temporary fixes, we will be moving to another bot soon(tm).

The move to the new bot is just about done. Big thanks to `Ishq / CelestialRage for taking the ball and running with it to get everything going. This should operate much more smoothly now.
