Default HUD not found?

Ok, so i just got a new machine, fresh install of the GPP and 1.1, and i wanted my hud back, so i just copy/pasted the folder and ran the install script, and the loading screen looks right, but once it hits 100% it kicks me out and says "Default HUD not found".
This is a Win7 vs my old XP rig, so am i just in the wrong spot?
I've got it in the program files /base

help?

Which HUD? Does the install cfg run without a hitch?

Its Meis's, but ive modded it some.
install.cfg seems to run fine.

dunno what happened, but i guess the copy/paste messed something up, re-copied my entire ui folder and its fine now
