US server admin "GT-Kharnov" abuses his admintrator rights.

On May 11, around 05:11 UTC on map pulse_102 he destroyed human repeater at spawn what caused defeat of human team. By unilateral vote the game was restarted, but he did it again. He used his administrator priviledges to evade ban. As a dedicated sponsor of Tremulous game and code commiter to original IOquake3, I request his permanent ban from US server.

His misdemeanor is not a singular case and he was osberved griefing the game many times in the past. His presence in lists of respectful server administration degrades the game, escalates inter-player groups disputes and stains server's administration reputation.

I demant an official resolution from server admnistration. There are too many administrators who grief the game nowadays.
