unlock my regular name please

got my motherboard repaired, but my HDDs turned up shot, so on a completely new install (and different OS for that matter).

so, if an admin would be so kind as to unlock "[basilisk]RAKninja-Decepticon" i'd be quite grateful.

i would have PMed this request to an admin, but aside from developers, i dont really know who the admins are, and i didnt see a forum post stickied listing them.

Maybe that could be a useful thread/sticky for this forum. Just saying. Only admins I know are Kharnov, Warlock, kynes, heli and f50.

Is it possible to give senior admins the ability to setlevel L1 and possibly L2 to L0?
I've seen quite a few people with lost qkeys and usually developers are not around to setlevel them back to L0.  Also, I think it's trivial matter to bother developers.
