I read somewhere this week 2K Games' Come Get Some Tour would be coming to Holland. It took some more digging,
but I found out they'd be in Brussels today, and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to meet The Duke in person.
We managed to locate Duke's truck in one of the corridors of the Brussels South railroad station
(I wonder how they got it in there). After the usual PR and chat with the journalists I slipped
past the crowd and got to talk to His Dukeness himself.
Obviously he is pretty busy at the moment. Making the game has been hard labour and with the promotional tour
and all there's still a lot of work to be done before the final release. He did thank the Tremulous dev team
for postponing 1.2 until after the release of Duke Nukem Forever, he hopes to have some time for decent gaming
in a few months again, when most of the dust has settled. *
