Brindus Mod Help

I got brindus mod and I want to test a couple things using bots. I have looked a while and can't seem to find any instructional on how to adjust the skill level of bots in Brindus. They all seem to be the same skill level, no matter what value I put in. Frankly, I have no idea what I am doing. Can someone please help me?

PS, I want really stupid bots and bots that have auto-aim.

The bots in the brindus mod are Celestial Rage's GPP bots. You can find the thread in the gameplay changing mods forum. I don't know exactly how they work, but I suspect skill isn't having an effect on the bots on the server as well.
