problems with getting the server into the list & flags.

The server does not appear in the list even though I update the list.
The server is running correclty and I even connected to it myself.
My question is: How can I make the server appear in the list?

Could it be something with the firewall?

Another problem I encountered is that the !help options didn't work.
How do I ensure that these options work?

if you have a router you might need to use port forwarding
if you are running the server on your own machine it will not be visible to you in the internet/wan server list
but it should be visible in the local/lan server list
(probably there is some technical explanation)
ask someone else to check if it is visible
